If you are teaching your preschooler how to count, then this is the perfect craft for you! This fun game will help your child practice counting skills and build up their confidence in math!
It’s so easy and fun to make! It will just take a few short minutes using things you probably already have laying around the house. Let’s get to it!
DIY Preschool Math Game
What you will need:
Construction Paper (I am obsessed with this brand!)
Pencil
Marker
Scissors
Step 1: Trace your hand onto a piece of construction paper in a color of your choice (I used blue, green, purple and yellow). Make it a little bigger than your actual hand and the square it at the bottom.
Step 2: Using scissors cut out your glove.
Step 3: Take a punch and cut out flowers in several colors. If you want you can turn this into a craft all its own and let the kiddies decorate them with stickers, glitter glue etc.
Step 4: Using the marker write a number onto each glove.
Hours of fun at your fingertips as the kids match the correct amount of flowers to the number on the glove!
